Our story

SMILE was founded by Carina Toss and Andreas Weiss, who were a couple at the time, with a simple idea: to make it easy to find clothes that fit well, feel good, and work for everyday life.
In 2006, we opened the store in Åkersberga and began building a business where care, honesty, and personal service always come first.
In 2014, our paths diverged personally, but SMILE continued to grow with the same heart and the same drive. Carina met Tony and Andreas met Lisa.
Together with our employees, customers, and shareholders, they are now part of the winning SMILE concept. We are especially proud that 500 of our customers have also chosen to become shareholders and co-owners of the company.
Our greatest passion is to offer the widest possible range of sizes, so that more people can feel confident, comfortable, and stylish in their clothes.
That's why we started Way Of Sweden in 2019 – our own brand with super soft materials, a wider size range, and delightful colors that uplift both everyday wear and special occasions.
We want you to feel secure when you shop and happy when you open your package. A warm welcome to SMILE, online and in our store.

How long do I have to return this?

We offer a Lifetime Right of Return. The Lifetime Right of Return applies to all items with the exception of briefs and boxer shorts. The item must be in its original condition upon return. Original condition means that the product is unused, labels must be attached, and the original packaging must be included. You are, of course, entitled to try on the product.

What payment methods can I choose?

Within Sweden, all payments at Smilebutiken are processed via Klarna. You can pay by credit card, make a direct payment via bank account, or pay by invoice.

Payments from other countries are made by credit card via DIBS.

Is it safe to pay by card?

International card payments are made via DIBS.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days within Sweden.

For other countries, it is more difficult to specify an exact delivery time.

What is the shipping cost?

Deliveries within Sweden cost SEK 59.

For international deliveries, you will see the shipping fee when you select the country you are ordering from.
